About Bay Area Psychotherapy Services

Bay Area Psychotherapy Services (BAPS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. We are staffed by registered interns who are supervised by licensed psychotherapists. Click here for a listing of our staff and specialties.

BAPS services are offered to Bay Area residents on a sliding scale basis. You and your therapist will work out a fee that meets your needs and allows you to access effective, affordable therapy. Our services are within reach as we have offices in San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland, Hayward, Pleasant Hill, Antioch and Brentwood. Click on any of our offices to get directions and details on the location. BAPS accepts Medical and Victim of Crimes payments. We are sometimes able to accept other third party insurance payments. Check with your insurance provider.
